Thank you for visiting our website, which is designed to inform you about our exciting proposals for this corner in one of Tooting’s much-loved neighbourhoods. Our aim is to replace the former HSS Hire Shop at 190-194 Mitcham Road with something attractive and which complements the traditional buildings in this part of Tooting. We have studied the local architecture and incorporated typical features into the appearance of our building. We are proposing a lively commercial or retail ground floor frontage to Mitcham Road, with new homes above. The L-shaped building will continue down Byton Road with flats here providing a quieter frontage for this residential street. We hope that this will reflect the character of the neighbourhood and enhance the street scene. ​
