We want to replace the current building with something that is attractive and which reflects the appearance of the traditional buildings in this part of Tooting. ​

We have studied  the local architecture and incorporated typical Edwardian and Victorian features into the facades of our new building. We are also using traditional materials.​

By taking these steps we hope you think it will reflect the character of the neighbourhood and enhance the street scene.
